THE HEART OF THE TRAINING
The Harmonic intervals with bowls
A sound bath is a crafted soundscape. It guides the listener into relaxation, inner connection and deeper states of awareness.
Together we explore how placement, order, layering, rhythm, silence, movement and harmonic relationships shape the journey. Every note, every pause and every meeting between two bowls becomes part of the experience.
We also learn new techniques for playing the bowls. They widen your range and bring new colors into your sessions.
By the end of the weekend, you'll design and compose sound baths with intention, sensitivity, structure and depth.
A SPECIAL FOCUS
Set Design with Alchemy Crystal Bowls
How do you build a set that feels coherent, beautiful and supportive? One that fits the intention of your work?
We look closely at the relationship between notes, alchemies, sizes, textures and frequencies. We work with harmonics and new harmonic intervals, listening to which combinations carry, which create tension and how overtones arise between bowls.
From there, you learn to build a set that supports your sound baths, your clients and your own way of sharing sound.

How the Training Is Built
Element 01
New Playing Techniques
New strokes, new movements, new tone colors. You discover how much more lives in your bowls and bring fresh possibilities into your sessions.
Element 02
Harmonics and Set Creation
Working with harmonic intervals and the way bowls sound together. You learn to choose and combine bowls with purpose, so your set develops its own sound language.
Element 03
Soundscape Architecture
What makes a soundscape powerful? We look at structure, flow and coherence. Grounding tones create stability. Layered harmonics and overtones add depth. Rhythmic waves and dynamic shifts guide the flow of energy. Silence becomes an active part of the journey. With Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, tuning forks, harmonium, drums and voice, we shape an intentional vibrational experience.
Element 04
Two-Handed Playing
Dexterity, balance and seamless transitions between bowls. You coordinate both hands to create synchronized, layered sound and play several bowls at once to build rich resonance fields. Your confidence in spontaneous, intuitive playing grows while the sound field stays coherent. This practice changes the way you play and deepens the effect of your sessions.
Element 05
Ritual and Performance
How to create meaningful sound journeys, how to set ritual space before and after a session, and how to trust your intuition as you weave frequencies for yourself and others. We also have a performance stage where we will practice giving a Sound Baths to build confidence and skill to feel save and secure in front of an audience. The last afternoon we spend in the beautiful nature of Utah blessing the earth with the singing bowls and having a wonderful closing ceremony out in nature.
