THIS IS AN INVITATION TO CONNECT TO YOUR TRUE NATURE, TO REMEMBER WHO YOU REALLY ARE AND TO COME BACK TO A MORE AWARE + TRUTHFUL BEING + DOING.

OUR INTENTION IS TO SHARE OUR PRACTICES, TECHNIQUES, MEDITATIONS WITH YOU. WE WILL EXPLORE DIFFERENT DAYS THE CONCEPT OF SAN MITSU - BODY, MIND SPEECH AND CONNECT TO THE ELEMENTS OF NAURE DURING THIS TIME.

TO BECOME REIKI - DURING THIS RETREAT WE SOAK IN THE ESSENCE OF REIKI THE SPIRITUAL ENERGY THAT MOVES THROUGH EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE.

WE ARE ALLOWING REIKI TO GUIDE US BACK TO OUR ESSENCE. WE IMMERSE IN THE PRACTICES AND CONCEPTS OF REIKI + MEDITATION TO GUIDE AND SUPPORT US ON THIS JOURNEY HOME TO OUR TRUE SELF.

TO KNOW OUR TRUE SELF IS THE BASIS OF OUR OWN BEING. IF WE REALIZE THIS FACT, WE CANNOT AFFORD TO DO ANYTHING BEFORE WE SOLVE THIS PROBLEM OF KNOWING OUR TRUE SELVES.

to lay bare our non-dual nature, to connect to our True Self we are invited to practice. We have to go within, within our own mind, body, and energy, pointing inwards as all the teachers do. Our True Self can only be truly rediscovered when we stop looking outside of ourselves and bring all the practices within.

One way to practice is following the sensations of breath and the flow of Qi, Prana, Ki through our body.

Reiki is so much more than just a healing modality with hands on/off its a philosophy, a path of coming home to our True Self, our Great Bright Light. It is the golden thread that guides us in every thing we do, in each practice we do.

In this community session I am sharing my love and my passion for Reiki + Sound with you, it will be a mixture of the elements of Reiki - Meditation, Mindfulness, Breathing, Touch… and ending the Session with a Sound Bath.

It is a coming together in Community as Sound Healers, Sound Bathers, Reiki Practioners and all who feel drawn to practice, meditate and relax with us.

  • Prepare your space at home with candle, pillow, cozy blanket, a cup tea, smudge for a clear space…
