How to Prepare for Your Sound Bath
Welcome to your sound bath experience! To make the most of this 14-minute sound journey, here are a few steps to help you prepare:
Find a Comfortable Space
Choose a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed. A cozy corner, your bed, or a mat on the floor works perfectly.Gather What You Need
Bring a soft blanket to keep you warm and perhaps a pillow for extra comfort. You might also enjoy using an eye mask to deepen your relaxation.Use Headphones (Optional)
If possible, use headphones to immerse yourself fully in the rich frequencies and tones of the sound bath.Set Your Intention
Take a moment to center yourself. Breathe deeply and, if it feels right, set a gentle intention for your experience.Relax and Let Go
Make yourself comfortable, lie down or sit in a relaxed position, and allow the soothing sounds to guide you.
