ceremony of sound: Nada Yoga Training (50h), Online Sound Healing Training

Next round starts april 2026

Welcome to the nada sound healing training

This transformative 4-week journey into Nada Yoga, the ancient practice of uniting sound and silence, guides you from vibration to inner stillness.

Rooted in the ancient philosophy of Nada Yoga (the Sacred Union of Sound), this course offers a deep exploration of sound, meditation, mantras, and their profound effects on your inner world.

We’ll study both the theoretical and practical foundations of Nada Yoga, exploring mantras as tools for joy, healing, and self-awareness, and learning to recognize silence as the source of sound and their intrinsic connection within you.

Nada Yoga is a 5,000-year-old path from India. Nada means the flow of consciousness and sound. This pure form of yoga and sound healing leads us into silence and unity, opening new dimensions of awareness.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

Through mantra, meditation, self-inquiry, and sacred sound practices, you’ll explore:

〰 Mantras, chakras, and sacred scales (Indian & Western)
〰 The Unstruck Sound (Anahata Nada)
〰 Tantric wisdom and sound goddesses
〰 The Spiritual Heart as a source of vibration and remembrance
〰 Nervous system regulation and inner stillness through sound
〰 Silence as the origin of sound
〰 Deep presence, peace, and energetic alignment

Nada Yoga is not only a practice, it is a path of remembering. It reveals the subtle relationship between sound and silence, helping us attune to what is essential and share sound with greater intention.

The Intention

My intention is to offer a transformative journey that deepens your understanding of sound healing and reconnects you with its subtle dimensions.

From our experience as practitioners, we've seen that even with devoted spiritual practice, something is often missing:
〰 A true sense of the sacredness of silence
〰 An embodied awareness of vibration in sound and stillness
〰 The ability to create spaces that transmit presence and clarity

This course is here to awaken your connection to the healing vibration of Nada, Mantra, and the divine source of sound — and to bring more presence, purpose, and peace into the way you live and share sound.

explore the teachings - 4 stages of nada

why this training is so impactful:

Over these four weeks, you won’t just learn about sound — you’ll experience its essence.
Nada Yoga reveals that sound and silence are not separate, but one unified current.

This journey offers the rare opportunity to:
〰 De-stress and regulate your nervous system
〰 Access the stillness that lives beneath vibration
〰 Cultivate presence as a living, felt experience

With consistent practice, meditation, and a full Silent Retreat Day, you’ll reconnect to:
〰 Inner peace and clarity
〰 A sense of belonging to the greater vibration of life
〰 A deeper purpose in how you move, listen, and share

✨ Most of all, this training profoundly expands your understanding of sound healing — not just technically, but energetically.
It gives you the tools, language, and awareness to:
〰 Create sound baths that are intentional, intuitive, and energetically aligned
〰 Guide others into true stillness — not just relaxation, but remembrance
〰 Refine how you use voice, bowls, mantra, and silence as sacred instruments

You’ll come away with a renewed relationship to sound and space — and a sound healing practice rooted in clarity, depth, and presence.

A study of the yin and yang of vibration, and the qi that moves within and all around us.

your TEACHERs - Your Nāda Yoga Guides

My intention in sharing this training is to inspire you to work with sound, frequency, and vibration in a way that reconnects you with wholeness, beauty, and your true nature.
This is not just about technique — it's about attuning to the field behind all form.

Irina Sterna is a sound practitioner and founder of Alchemy Sound Studio. She has been sharing sound in sessions and trainings for 10 years. Her approach is grounded in deep presence, intuitive clarity, and devotion to high-frequency sound as a path of inner transformation. As one of the first to bring Alchemy Crystal Bowls to Germany, she continues to guide others in exploring the subtle dimensions of vibration and stillness.

Juliana is a long-time meditation and yoga guide with roots in Buddhist practice, Kashmir Shaivism, Advaita Vedanta, and other contemplative paths. The last 6 years she lived in an Ashram where she deepened her practice of the teachings. Through years of silent retreats and devotional study, she holds space for others to meet the inner silence of the Heart — the source of presence, love, and truth.

Together, we offer this training as a return — to essence, to the subtle current beneath sound, to the Self.

TESTIMONIALS

JILL

"Thank you, Irina, for everything as I have just finished your Meditation and Nada Yoga course.

For me, personally, I would say one of the words to best describe this course to me is "aligned."  I do not really know what guided me to your course, but I knew it was a resounding, yes, I had to take it.  Since the start of the course, the lectures, the mantras, the meditations...everything has shown up in the other parts of my life in magical ways too numerous to count.

I loved all of the various topics of the lectures and handouts...the history, the stories that went along with the history, music theory, deepening my meditation practice, the chanting, the mantras...the list is endless.  I really loved the integration of the harmonium you played for us.  It made the mantras, the chanting so much more powerful and more meaningful than I could have ever imagined.  It was a beautiful practice.

Thank you for your love, wisdom and guidance on this wonderful journey.

With love from Arizona,
Jill."
