illumined sound: Nada Yoga Training (50h), Online Sound Healing Training
Welcome to the nada sound healing training
This transformative 4-week journey into Nada Yoga, the ancient practice of uniting sound and silence, guides you from vibration to inner stillness.
Rooted in the ancient philosophy of Nada Yoga (the Sacred Union of Sound), this course offers a deep exploration of sound, meditation, mantras, and their profound effects on your inner world.
We’ll study both the theoretical and practical foundations of Nada Yoga, exploring mantras as tools for joy, healing, and self-awareness, and learning to recognize silence as the source of sound and their intrinsic connection within you.
Nada Yoga is a 5,000-year-old path from India. Nada means the flow of consciousness and sound. This pure form of yoga and sound healing leads us into silence and unity, opening new dimensions of awareness.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Through mantra, meditation, self-inquiry, and sacred sound practices, you’ll explore:
〰 Mantras, chakras, and sacred scales (Indian & Western)
〰 The Unstruck Sound (Anahata Nada)
〰 Tantric wisdom and sound goddesses
〰 The Spiritual Heart as a source of vibration and remembrance
〰 Nervous system regulation and inner stillness through sound
〰 Silence as the origin of sound
〰 Deep presence, peace, and energetic alignment
Nada Yoga is not only a practice, it is a path of remembering. It reveals the subtle relationship between sound and silence, helping us attune to what is essential and share sound with greater intention.
The Intention
My intention is to offer a transformative journey that deepens your understanding of sound healing and reconnects you with its subtle dimensions.
From our experience as practitioners, we've seen that even with devoted spiritual practice, something is often missing:
〰 A true sense of the sacredness of silence
〰 An embodied awareness of vibration in sound and stillness
〰 The ability to create spaces that transmit presence and clarity
This course is here to awaken your connection to the healing vibration of Nada, Mantra, and the divine source of sound — and to bring more presence, purpose, and peace into the way you live and share sound.
explore the teachings - 4 stages of nada
-
We begin this journey with a sacred Opening Ceremony—a space to enter the field of Nada Yoga with presence and reverence. We set intentions, call in guidance, and open a shared vibrational space for transformation to unfold.
The first theme is Audible Sound, where we explore the direct, physical experience of vibration through voice, chanting, and listening. We dive into the energy of Bija Mantras—the seed sounds of creation—and how they awaken inner resonance and clarity. Devotional sound, chanting, and the beauty of tonal expression invite us into a felt connection with the heart. We also begin to touch the landscape of soundscapes, Ragas, and the vibrational power of musical structure.
-
This week invites us into the realm of Mental Sound—the inner repetition of sacred sounds and how these mantras support clarity, stillness, and deep connection. We explore how sound travels not only through voice but through thought and subtle perception. Where does sound arise from? How does it emerge within us? This week is also dedicated to the Goddesses of Sound, and the healing role of mantra in connection with Alchemy Crystal Bowls.
On Sunday, we enter the Heart as Organ of Wisdom. Through sound, we return to the intelligence of the heart, to feeling, intuition, and the vibrational field of love.
We also begin to explore The Art of Ceremony—how sound has always been part of sacred tradition, and how ritual creates energetic coherence. With a tantric lens, we learn to create spaces of meaning and transformation using vibration, intention, and presence.
-
This week opens the doorway to the Visual Sound—an exploration of sacred geometry, yantras, and the subtle language of form that mirrors vibration. We begin to see the sound, not only hear it. Yantras become tools for concentration, stability, and vibrational alignment.
We now move into Nada Meditation Techniques—specific practices for tuning into the inner sound stream. This is where the subtle becomes tangible. Through breath, awareness, and refined listening, we experience the medicine of inner vibration and the soundless sound. These practices support nervous system regulation, heart-brain coherence, and spiritual unfolding. On Sunday, we return again to silence—our Silent Retreat Day—to deepen everything we’ve received, and to let the sound guide us inward into stillness, reflection, and connection.
-
This week we explore Para—the transcendent sound. This is the stage of Nada Yoga where the inner sound dissolves into the infinite. The unstruck sound, the sound beyond sound. Through meditative practice and deep inner inquiry, we come into contact with this formless vibration—pure awareness. This is where sound becomes presence.
We complete our journey with a Closing Ceremony, a sacred space of reflection and gratitude. We look back on the path we’ve walked together, and forward to how these frequencies can continue to live within us and flow into our lives and offerings.

TESTIMONIALS
JILL
"Thank you, Irina, for everything as I have just finished your Meditation and Nada Yoga course.
For me, personally, I would say one of the words to best describe this course to me is "aligned." I do not really know what guided me to your course, but I knew it was a resounding, yes, I had to take it. Since the start of the course, the lectures, the mantras, the meditations...everything has shown up in the other parts of my life in magical ways too numerous to count.
I loved all of the various topics of the lectures and handouts...the history, the stories that went along with the history, music theory, deepening my meditation practice, the chanting, the mantras...the list is endless. I really loved the integration of the harmonium you played for us. It made the mantras, the chanting so much more powerful and more meaningful than I could have ever imagined. It was a beautiful practice.
Thank you for your love, wisdom and guidance on this wonderful journey. With love from Arizona,
Jill."
