Ich freue mich so sehr dieses neue Sound Trainings Modul mit euch zu teilen. Die Intention ist es vom Klang in die Stille zu finden und die subtilen meditativen und mystischen Aspekte von Sound zu erfahren und explorieren.

The Intention was to create a new module that is simple and pointing right to the essence of the teachings of sound. I wanted to create a Course where we engage with the philosophy, teachings and wisdom of Sound on a deeper Level. This course is created so that we can apply all the techniques and practices with our Crystal Bowls and in Sound Bath. One could say this module is more advanced but at the same we just engage with other teachings of sound that are fascinating and supportive for our own Practice with Sound Healing, Meditation and Ritual.

I am sharing this Sound Trainings Module because it took me years to really understand the concept of Stillness and Sound and its healing essence. So I took months to meditate and explore how I could create a course to share the insights and fascination I have for the Essence of Sound. After the course you will have a completely new connection, sense and relationship to the teachings of sounds. and still like a child continue to wonder about the mystery of sound.

SOUND MEDITATION + ceremony (30hr, ONLINE MODUL)

We begin this journey at the source of sound, the Big Bang, the moment when the Universe began to manifest, when there was a singular sound or no sound at all. We feel into the vibration and path of sound and its subtle energy to meditate and to open to stillness.

What was before there was a sound and where does a sound end? Sound as Portal to the Heart, the Divine, Consciousness.

Not only will we encounter concepts of the teachings of sound and meditation - we will truly engage in the practice and see how we can move from Sound towards Silence, Stillness. Changing the Sound of the World by changing our perception of what we receive from a place that is open to all Sound and at the same time silent.

Mystical Teachings of Sound guiding connecting us that was is beyond the Senses. Beyond Sound and Duality to connect to our True Self. We use sound to enter the meditative states - deep in our heart. Where Sound and Silence forever residence.

We study the Art of Ritual and Ceremony and how it guides us to the place of Stillness where our True Nature is revealed. This Part is especially interesting for those of you sharing Sound and Sound Baths.

We enjoy the playful creative site of telling Storys and expressing our hearts innate wisdom to other in journeys and healing sessions finding our own healing words and prayers to share our sound. The aim is to tell creative Stories in our Sound Baths and really create a Journey from the beginning through the intention of our words.

Sound is Medicine - in so many ways. We will use the benefits of Mantra and Chanting to feel joy, open the heart, release blockages around our voice or somewhere else in our body and open to the humble and devotional aspects of sound.

All these are pointers to the moon. Guiding us to the same place where sound is silence and silence is sound. This will be our journey together. This module is created with the intention to create something new - a 4 week journey to approach sound in a very subtle way and to see beyond the obvious teachings so that we become very aware of the Flow of Energy of Sound in us and around us and know many different practices that support us personally and in our passion of sharing Sound in Sound Baths, Circles, Ceremony and Journey.

What is the Aim of this Training?

If there ever is an aim in any spiritual practice or healing modality I would say the aim of this module is to deepen our practice of Sound and Stillness (it will be a transformative Journey).

We will learn new methods and free our creative Expression with Sound (Voice, Guided Meditations, Sound Journey, Mantra) to be able to apply the new techniques in our Sound Baths, Self Practice and Sound Healing Sessions. This course will give you a profound understanding on the origins of Sound Ceremony and Sound Healing. Why it was used and the power of Rituals that have been used thousands of years before us. 

This Training will inspire your relationship to sound and meditation and your play of the Crystal Bowls. We come together in Community to exchange and practice together to enjoy the mystical teachings of Sound and Stillness.

IT IS THE TIME OF STILLNESS…

One part of this online training module is the journey towards stillness. What is actually stillness, where can it be found? We will experience that the answers and the path is very simple yet takes time to evolve. All the practices of Sound which we will explore are pathways to Stillness. Teaching this module in this time of the year to realize, honor and embody Stillness.

Stillness, the Spiritual Heart, the Awakening Consciousness, our True Nature. Stillness refers to the background of awareness, a reality that is beyond duality, beyond positive and negative, beyond sound, beyond yin and yang, beyond moon and sun, mind and body.

Stillness ist the ultimate reality of our being and cannot be induced by techniques or methods. It is revealed when certain portals are opened. Techniques may bring relaxation, mental control, clarity, calmness, and even mental void.

There is nothing to be done to open to absolute Stillness, because knowing real Stillness means shifting from "to do" towards "to be."

It is a different state, in which we are no longer in the cosmos of acting in order to achieve something. Stillness cannot be done or achieved, only revealed. In the profound Stillness, all techniques are abandoned. Entering in Stillness or better surrendering to Stillness- is the essence of meditation and its reason for being. The practice of Sound (with the Singing Bowls and without) which we will deeply explore in this Trainings Module is a way to acknowledge and a path to move toward the Stillness of our Heart.

This 4 week journey is a journey towards the Self, into the Heart, towards Stillness through the Teachings of Sound. We deeply study the Flow of Energy and Qi of Sound, the Crystal Bowls and Stillness. There are many techniques, rituals and traditions in the Art of Sound Healing, Sound Bathing. This 4 week training will be a time of study and first of all this will be a time of Exploration and Practice. We practice meditation, we practice with our voice and instrument creative expression in various forms (through story telling or singing). We seek aspiration through teachings of wisdom and science. We learn to bow and to surrender to reveal a deeper meaning and evoke a deep connection to ourselves and all around us. All the teachings and practices are connected to the essence of sound and can be applied in Sound Healing and Sound Meditation.

We will really study and feel into the heart, what are its qualities, how do we meditate with the heart, how can we open to love more, to be love, a love that is inside of us - a love that is simply asking to love not needing anything from the outside. How can we become this love and open ourselves through the portal of the heart to that divine love frequency that connects us all.

Opening the space of ritual - a portal to stillness. We explore different Rituals and Ceremony with Sound and the Singing Bowls to open the heart, coming into stillness, creating a space of oneness and sacredness. Ritual is inviting the sacredness into our life. A portal to Oneness.

This Course is for those who are lovers of Sound and Meditation - seeking aspiration and deeper understanding within the practice of Sound. It is for those willing to look inside, to reconnect, there might be a longing to reflect, to wind down, find peace at the end of the year and open the heart to the present moment and the time of LOVE. It’s a mystical LOVE JOURNEY through SOUND to the HEART, to be in STILLNESS (And eventually later on share all the methods and insights in your Sound Baths and Sessions).

SCHEDULE + PROGRAMM

All weeks and sessions will be a mix of lectures and teachings and a time to meditate and practice. You will need at least 1 to 2 hours during the week to deepen the teachings and practices so please try to make space in your schedule for that during the training - great would be 30 minutes every day for example.

We will have a 4 Week Journey together. Every week will be a different main focus although all topics are interconnected. All Sessions will take place in our online space (of course there will be recordings if you cant attend a session).

QUALIFICATION: It is optional to have a Sound Practice or visited Sound Training 1 or 2 before (it is not necessary to have a crystal singing bowl for this training although it might be beautiful to practice with).
