NADA – the yoga of sound
Nada SOUND Training (50h), Online Sound Healing Training
ARIL 12 - MAY 26 2026
This 6-week journey into Nada Yoga, the ancient practice of uniting sound and silence, guides you from vibration into inner stillness. Rooted in a 5,000-year-old tradition, Nada Yoga reveals sound as the flow of consciousness a path into clarity, wholeness, and expanded awareness.
Nada is the yogic science of sound as consciousness.
It begins in silence and unfolds into vibration, tone, and mantra as tools of inner listening. Through these practices, you attune to subtler layers of awareness and reconnect with the spiritual and philosophical roots of sound.
Throughout the training, we explore sound, meditation, the flow of qi, mantra, and the subtle effects of vibration on your inner world studying both the theoretical and practical foundations of this timeless path.
Nada means “the flow of consciousness and sound.”
This pure form of yoga invites us into unity through the alchemical process of transformation through sound.
Live Components:
Live Lectures, Evening Meditations, 1 Silent Retreat Day

WHAT YOU WILL practice
Through mantra, meditation, self-inquiry, and sacred sound practices, you’ll explore:
〰 The flow of energy through sound
〰 The Unstruck Sound (Anahata Nada)
〰 the body field in the sound field
〰 The Spiritual Heart as a source of vibration
〰 Nervous system regulation through inner stillness
〰 Silence as the origin of sound
〰 Practical sound work with the voice and crystal singing bowls (and if you want harmonium)
my Intention
My intention is to offer a wholesome journey that deepens your understanding of sound healing and reconnects you with its subtle dimensions.
From our experience as practitioners, we've seen that even with spiritual practice, something is often missing:
〰 A true sense of the sacredness
〰 An embodied awareness of vibration in sound and stillness
〰 The ability to open spaces that transmit presence and clarity
This course is here to awaken your connection to the healing vibration of Nada, Mantra, and the divine source of sound and to bring more presence, purpose, and peace into the way you live and share sound.
-
We begin with a sacred Opening Ceremony, entering the field of Nada Yoga with presence and reverence. Intentions are set, guidance is invited, and a shared vibrational space is opened.
Stage 1: Vaikhari focuses on audible sound sound as physical vibration felt in the body. Grounded in the Earth element, this stage establishes embodiment and stability as the foundation of the practice.
Through simple foundational practices and toning, we experience sound as the first bridge between body and inner resonance. Voice, mantra, and devotional sound awaken clarity and heart connection. Working with Bija Mantras and archetypal energies such as Shiva, Tara, and Kali, we meet sound as a living force of presence and transformation.
Vaikhari invites us to listen with the body and root our practice in direct, embodied experience.
-
Stage 2: Madhyama, the realm of mental sound the inner repetition of sacred sounds and the subtle movement of mantra within the mind. We explore how sound travels not only through the voice, but through thought, awareness, and inner perception. Where does sound arise from, and how does it emerge within us as frequency?
Working with mental mantra and devotional sound, we connect to the wisdom of Krishna and Saraswati, and are introduced to the path of Bhakti. Through practices such as Nyasa, mantra is embodied and woven into awareness, allowing sound to become lived experience rather than expression.
We enter the Heart as an organ of wisdom. Through sound, we return to intuition, feeling, and the vibrational field of love listening from within.
-
The doorway to Stage 3: Pashyanti the realm of visual sound, where vibration reveals itself through form, symbol, and inner imagery. We begin to see sound, not only hear it, and explore how sacred geometry, yantras, and symbols mirror underlying frequency and intention.
Yantras and symbolic practices become tools for concentration, stability, and vibrational alignment. Through mandalas, Reiki symbols, and ritual, we trace sound back toward its source where sound becomes intention before expression. Inner images arise through deep listening, refining perception and awareness.
Guided by archetypal energies such as Radha, Rama and Sita, and Lakshmi, this stage emphasizes beauty as a principle of alignment.
-
his week we enter Para, the transcendent stage of Nada Yoga the realm of the sound beyond sound. Here, inner sound dissolves into the infinite, revealing the unstruck sound, the formless vibration that exists beyond hearing. Through meditative practice, silence, and deep inner inquiry, sound becomes pure presence awareness resting in itself.
Themes of silence, emptiness, AUM, and Shiva guide this stage, inviting a return to the heart and to stillness as devotion. We move from discipline into surrender, from effort into listening, allowing sound to resolve into silence.
We complete our journey with a Closing Ceremony, a sacred space of reflection and gratitude. Together, we honor the path we have walked and open to how these frequencies continue to live within us, flowing naturally into our lives and offerings.
