TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Booking Terms – Winter Sanctuary Retreat

1. Registration & Confirmation
 Bookings become binding only upon written registration via email or the booking form.
Upon receipt of your registration, the participant will receive a booking confirmation from Alchemy Sound Studio.

2. Payment & Deposit
A deposit of € 400 is required to secure the booking at the checkout.
The remaining balance is due no later than 4 weeks before the retreat begins.
Payments can be made via the booking platform (details will be provided in the booking confirmation).

3. Cancellation

  • Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival: € 300 cancellation fee. The remaining deposit will be refunded.

  • Cancellation between 59 and 30 days before arrival: 50% of the agreed services are due.

  • Cancellation less than 29 days before the retreat starts: 100% of the agreed services are due.

4. Postponement or Cancellation Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
If the retreat cannot take place due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, governmental restrictions, pandemics) or illness of the retreat leader, the organizer reserves the right to postpone the retreat to another date or cancel it entirely.

  • Postponement:
     Amounts already paid will automatically be credited towards the new retreat date.
    If the participant cannot attend on the new date, the deposit may be refunded within 14 days of the new date being announced, minus a €50 processing fee.

  • Cancellation:
     If the retreat is fully cancelled, all payments already made will be refunded in full within 14 days.
    The organizer is not liable for additional costs, e.g., travel bookings or other expenses incurred due to postponement or cancellation.

5. Program & Changes
 Minor changes to the schedule, workshops, meals, or accommodation may occur.
Participants will be informed of any changes in a timely manner.

6. Health & Liability
 Participants confirm that they are physically able to take part in the retreat.
In case of health restrictions or special needs, participants are asked to inform us in advance.
The organizer assumes no liability for injuries, illness, or damage to personal belongings.

7. Accommodation & Meals
 Retreat prices include accommodation and all specified meals.
Changes to accommodation or meals may occur due to organizational reasons, but participants will be informed in advance.

8. Data Protection & Photos
 Participant data will be used solely for organization, booking, and communication related to the retreat.
Photos and videos will only be published with explicit consent.

9. Acceptance of Terms
 By registering and paying the deposit, the participant fully accepts these booking terms.
