This 200-hour certification pathway weaves together three complementary trainings to provide a holistic foundation in sound healing, Nada Yoga, and crystalline frequency work.

Students may begin with any course, progressing at their own pace.

Each training within the 200-Hour Certification Pathway requires a separate registration and purchase unless enrolled through a bundled package.

Certification Components

Sound Healing Training – Level 1 (20 HR)

Foundation Training | Required Prerequisite for Crystalline Sonic Mastery & Advanced Immersion

IN PERSON OR ONLINE (ENG / GER VERSION)

Introduces the core principles of sound healing and safe facilitation practices.

Focus areas include:

  • Foundations of sound as medicine

  • Ethics and scope of practice

  • Holding safe therapeutic space

  • Basic instruments and techniques

  • Session structure and facilitation skills

Included with purchase of Crystalline Sonic Mastery (online version)
Students who have completed Level 1 in person may apply those hours toward certification.

Crystalline Sonic Mastery (130 HR)

Core Training | Primary Certification Track

An immersive, in-depth exploration of Alchemy Crystal Bowls and intuitive vibrational facilitation.

Focus areas include:

  • Crystal bowl technique and mastery

  • Frequency layering and harmonics

  • Designing intentional sonic journeys

  • Intuitive development and energetic sensitivity

  • Group facilitation and private sessions

  • Professional integration and practice development

Prerequisite: Completion of Sound Healing Training – Level 1 (online version included in sign up)

UPCOMING DATES

NĀda Yoga Training (50 HR)

Integrative Training | Philosophy + Practice

Rooted in the yogic science of sound and consciousness.

Focus areas include:

  • Nada Yoga philosophy and history

  • Mantra, toning, and voice work

  • Subtle body and chakra resonance

  • Breath and meditation practices

  • Personal sadhana and inner listening

  • Integrating sacred sound into healing sessions

No prerequisites required. Can be taken anytime within the pathway.

Optional Advanced Training

Advanced Immersion Certificate (20 Hours)

Deepens professional artistry and facilitation mastery.

With the advanced training you’ll receive 220HR certification upon completing

all steps of the certification pathway.

Focus areas include:

  • Layering complex frequencies

  • Crafting immersive sound journeys

  • Advanced bowl orchestration

  • Holding transformative group spaces

  • Refining presence and leadership

Prerequisite: Level 1 completion (online or in person)
Note: This is an optional add-on and not required for the 200-hour certification.

CONTINUED EDUCATION: Trainer & Leadership Path

Participants who wish to step into leadership can continue with the Train-the-Trainer & Leadership Path (400h Certification). This advanced program builds on your foundation and prepares you to guide others, equipping you to teach, lead with confidence and clarity, and share our Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls Courses.

  • Whether you’re just starting or already working with sound, this training meets you where you are. We begin with the essentials and move into deep, transformative layers that will enrich your personal or professional practice

    It is not necessary to have completed a Level 1 Sound Healing Training although if you have it can be helpful and supporting for the start of your journey.

  • You’ll need at least 3 Crystal Singing Bowls before Cycle 2 begins. This allows you to fully participate in the sound explorations and practices. It is totally fine to get them during your time in Cycle 1.

    Also you can start with Frosted Bowls if that feels more aligned with your budget.

  • All live Zoom sessions will be recorded and made available to you afterwards, so you can catch up in your own time. You will have access for 12 Months.

  • Yes — after completing the full program and submitting your final certification task, you will receive a 130h Sound Healing Training Certificate.

    If you also complete our Nāda Yoga Training (50h) and the Level 1 Sound Healing Training (20h), you’re eligible for a 200h Certification Pathway.

  • Yes that is possible if you can now only participate in Part 1 or Part 2 it is totally possible to join one of the Parts in our next round of the CSM.

  • That is amazing so you have already some basic understanding before we begin. We do a short intro into the basics and then from Cycle 2 we really go deep.

  • Yes, we offer different payment options. You can opt for it in the checkout process.

  • Yes, many experienced yoga teachers, sound healers, and energy workers have joined our trainings and found renewed inspiration, depth, and refinement in their practice. The transmission goes far beyond technique—it’s an initiation into the essence of vibrational healing.

  • It’s a balanced integration of both. Every session — whether a lecture or masterclass — includes guided practices to anchor your learning in embodied experience.

  • Participants are asked to act in alignment with the values and ethical foundations of this training. This includes approaching the learning space with integrity, mutual respect, and a considerate, uplifting presence.

    If a participant repeatedly demonstrates behaviour that is not in harmony with these principles, we reserve the right to withhold completion or certification.

Irina Sterna is a renowned sound healing teacher and founder of Alchemy Sound Studio. With over 10 years of experience, her trainings have been featured in Vogue and Elle, and she shares this work with presence, depth, and heart. She has shared more than 100 sound healing courses, events all over the world and has found her purpose and passion in sharing sound.
